The high season falls between October - May.

Scuba Diving - Koh Tao - The best time to visit Koh Tao is between March - October.
The local dives sites are fantastic during this time, and visibility is normally good.

You can dive in Pattaya all year round.
There is no seasons in Pattaya therefore you can enjoy all year round diving easily accessible from Bangkok.
The marine life isn't as varied as the Andaman Sea but there are plenty of wrecks to enjoy.
